Through my eyes: Nutella crepes in Phuket, Thailand

I was so glad I had a camera handy when I stumbled on this crepe cart off Patong Beach in Phuket.. This mother and son team were churning out crepes like no one’s business on a busy night, surrounded by wide eyed tourists, all but drooling as they waiting in line (myself included). You’ll find these carts all over Phuket, and while the techniques and menus vary slightly between vendors, you’re probably not going to find a bad one (I’d know, I ate enough of them!). The Nutella crepe filled with shavings of fresh coconut that I went with, drizzled with condensed milk, was truly a thing of beauty!
